4. Payment Terms

– A deposit of 30% is required before the commencement of any project.
– The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final delivery of the work.
– Payment terms for SEO services may vary and will be outlined in the individual contract.

5. Revisions and Alterations

– Clients are entitled to 7 revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
– Any changes requested after the project has been completed will be billed at an hourly rate of 30$.

6. Client Responsibilities

– Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other materials required for the project.
– Clients must ensure that all materials provided are free from copyright infringement and have the necessary permissions for use.

7. Project Timelines

– Project timelines will be outlined in the contract.twa-service will make every effort to meet deadlines but is not responsible for delays caused by client actions or inactions.
– Any delays caused by the client will result in an adjustment of the project timeline.

8. Confidentiality

– twa-service agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details of the project to third parties without the client’s consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

– twa-service will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

10. Termination of Services

– Either party may terminate the contract at any time by giving written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
